The general format of this page has come from Mike Williams' v2 tutorial "Parts 1,2,14 Markers, Infowindow, Sidebar, Bounds". There are probably thousands of Google maps around the World using Mike's format, including myself, therefore I have tried to keep some of his legacy conventions in the new version.
